Hebel PowerPattern
Hebel PowerPattern panels are large pre-routed Hebel Panels – steel-reinforced non-combustible panels that can be installed directly onto timber or steel wall frames. Hebel PowerPattern is available in four collections: Linear, geometric, prism and organic. Raw panels can be painted or rendered to achieve a wide variety of decorative finishes including metal, stone or concrete. The standard size offered are 3000mm x 600mm x 75mm, 3050mm x 600mm x 75mm, 3100mm x 600mm x 75mm, 3300mm x 600mm x 75mm depending on the collection. Hebel panels handling and installation should be left to experienced wall panels installers as they’re large, heavy and require specially designed Hebel mechanical aids for safe and efficient installation.
Decorative Hebel PowerPattern panels are best suited for large commercial and industrial facades or high rise apartments.
Weathertex
Unlike Hebel panels, Weatherthex panels are much thinner, lighter and don’t have any insulation or structural properties. Wheatertex panels come in 4 main ranges: Weatherboards, Architectural Panels, Natural and Wall Shingles. Most panels come in a standard size of 3660 mm x 200 mm and vary in thickness depending on the pattern design.
Stonini Wall Panels
Stonini exterior wall panels are lightweight and come in a variety of 3d designs as well as stone emulating ‘Delta Panels’, wood imitating ‘Eco Pine’ range and ‘Decorative Concrete’ range. The panels are highly customisable – can be cut to any size and shape and painted or textured with unlimited colours and finishes. The standard size is 1800/600 mm.
James Hardie
James Hardie offers fibre cement-based wall cladding designs which are fire resistant and can be fixed directly to timber wall frames with a nail-gun or screwed to steel frames. There are currently 14 external wall panelling products on offer: Axon Cladding, Matrix Cladding, Stria Cladding, EasyLap Panel, Hardie Tex System, HardieFlex Sheet, PanelClad Stucco Sheet, Axent Trim, ComTex Panel and System, Easy Tex Panel, ExoTec Facade Panel and System, Hardie Plank Weatherboard, Linea Weatherboard, Primeline Weatherboard.
